Music director, singer and performer Gopi Sundar was born on 30 th May, 1977 in Kochi to parents Livi and Babu who own a recording studio. He has his own company called Gopi Sundar Music Company. He studied from Government Music College but did not continue his course. He debuted as the music director for the film Motebook in 2006. Some of his recent works are Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu, Majili, Ulta, Isakkinte Ithihasam etc. he won Mirchi Music Awards and nominated for various Filmfare awards. He was shortlisted for 90 th Academy Awards in Best Original Score for the film Pulimurugan in 2017.
